Mr. Nicolas Voirin has been elected our new Director of EHFCN!
We congratulate him on his appointment and wish him every success in his new duties.
Deputy Director with over 10 years’ experience in the healthcare Fraud sector, Nicolas is currently in charge of the Fraud reporting for CNAM, the French National Health Insurance Fund, located in Paris.
He has a strong record in financial auditing within International audit firms (E+Y & PWC) and as internal auditor in an international media company (RTL Group) where he was confronted to different national organisations and problematics.
From this background we strongly believe that sharing this experience with our Network will be key for progressing further toward success.
Nicolas has a Master’s degree in Economy and Management. He also has a Master’s degree in law and in accounting.

Here are a few thoughts on his vision of the network:
1. Investigating the potential of Artificial Intelligence: AI is the new frontier both, for the Fraudsters and the Counter fraud teams. It will help the design of new Fraud Schemes and their detection by our organisations.
2. Strengthening contacts between EHFCN Members: webinars and working groups on specific problems are keys to this strengthening.
3. Gaining a better knowledge of our diverse national Healthcare systems and Counter fraud strategies to help on creative solutions.
